"Good product, but expensive"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? This program worked good. We used it for years, and they worked with us pretty well on pricing. Support is OK and the service is pretty reliable. We didn't experience many outages over the years. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? There were issues with connecting. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I have used many remote assistance solutions and GoToAssist is one of the easiest for both me and customer. It's easy to get connected and the performance is as I'd expect. It's as if the 'expert' is sitting at the desk of the customer. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Not really sure I have one.This product just works for us What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you?
