"Remote connection is fast and good."
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Use it remote connect to my office computer through Citrix GotoAssist and Xenapp and it works flawlessly always. Never an issue but sometimes depending on the network speed we may find some lagging. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? That it is a cloud based, remote program and it is relatively inexpensive. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Sometimes it is slow and sometimes it doesn't always work. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? We are saving time and money. The remote access feature is awesome.
