What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? it's an easy way to connect to users. email them the code, have em run the software, bing bam boom, you're on the PC with the ability to copy-pasta from your PC to their clipboard, can run-as, and manipulate and send files to that PC.
