They click a link and you can connect to their machine and look at issues real-time instead of relying on descriptions placed in Trouble tickets or working through an issue on the phone with remote employees. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The ability to remotely connect to client computers to quickly perform technical support. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? It's very easy for users to accept sessions, has msi deployment options and is generally problem free. It's nice to have it off premise. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The web interface leaves a lot to be desired. You can't export lists of computers to csv (or even copy and paste them.) It doesn't dynamically pick up on host name changes. They also don't have any auditing for account changes. So ...

What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The sign up process can be a lot simpler. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I like Connectivity Speed the best. Never had any problems with it. even on WAN. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? sometimes doesn't work somehow with SQL Server.
