"Citrix is a good product, but..."

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The flexibility makes this product good. Applications and software can be accessible remotely from any computer terminal from any where in the world. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? "Great product"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I like that i am able to use it and sign in to remote pcs without enduser interaction. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I have no problems with the product.
