What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? With GoToAssist I can easily and quickly connect to my client's PC and see and control their desktop. As I work in support it is imperative that I am able to accurately understand the issue I am being asked to resolve. By connecting and interacting directly to the client's PC I am able to not only see any errors present, but I am also able to watch the client as they go through their process. GoToAssist allows for quick remote connection to any users I require working with and provides both a code and email method for me to create a connection. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I like the fact that you can remote in to a users desktop quickly. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)?
