"Work Remote with Ease"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The intuitive simplicity of Citrix is it's best attribute. It is software that just works. I can login on my personal computer, access my virtual desktop at work, connect to multiple monitors, and be productive anywhere. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Nothing - the product is amazing and I haven't had any issues with it yet What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? I have wonderful experience with GTA

PROS: I like that this is user friendly solution and very comfortable to work with. First of all, it is highly professional system even its support team. I recommend it to everyone for remote control, we can help our clients in real time no matter where they are. CONS: It hangs from time to time but I belive this is because we have other apps running togehter at the same time. I believe in the next version they will improve this issue.

"Best screen share app on the market"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? This is easily the best screen share and remote service app there is on the market. It is slick works well and has a relatively small footprint.
