What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? GoToAssist is simple to use for both technician and the end-user. Remote control is a huge part of how i support users. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Can't think of anything i dislike at this time. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? GoToAssist solves the issue of remote supporting users that aren't on our domain.

"Easy to use because it's intuitive and gets the job done"
What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Extremely easy to get connected to a remote PC and secure. Once connected I have full control of everything needed on that PC, I can even reboot the PC. If they have multiple screens I can slide from screen to screen with ease. If I need to communicate with the end-user I can use the chat option. I also like that I can pull someone else into the remote session, share the screen, so they can assist or see what is taking ...

The nicest part about GoToAssist would be that end customers may be emailed an invite URL or an assistance code, and they will be prompted to download the application on request. After creating a support link, I can send it/receive it via email and the software temporarily installs.
