"It just works!"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Agent to connected node... love it! In addition, there is zero latency What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Once in a blue moon, the agent service will fail (Only on servers) What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? Honestly I don't see any but the server reliability

In addition, it self-uninstalls, so it doesn't leave behind junk/garbage applications on the customer's machines after use unless they opt to go the product installed for reuse later. "I have been using GoToAssist for about 20 years now. It has worked great."

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Easy to use. Tracks time on accounts for billing What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The Web version needs some work. The file upload and download are not as user friendly as the app version. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? It let me move out of California and I can do 99% of my work remotely.

"Works very well and when I need assistance the help is always available."

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The ability to connect to my clients 24/7. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Occasional issues with firewalls, etc. Mostly it works. What problems is GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist) solving and how is that benefiting you? I maintain and develop MS Access databases. When there is an issue, or the client needs a new function, or report, I am able to log on to their computer and resolve the problem

"The awesome RMM tool"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? The tool is so user friendly with features that are very important fro a remote working engineer like me , I work daily with software for atleeast 4 hrs a day. "It does all you need with a few extras"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? Reliable remote access and easy to talk the end user through getting a connection. End of session feedback survey is good for checking our agent satisfaction. Session recording is great for checking back over what our agents did. "Elegant app to provide remote assistance on an ad hoc or permanent basis."

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? GTA allows quick status view and connections. It's also very fast at displaying the remote workstation. What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? I can access any of our computers from anywhere from my phone or computer. Great quality, not much lag. Price is reasonable for the amount we use it and what we need for our business. What do you dislike about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? None, that aren't due to safety reasons. "Smooth, reliable, rich in features"

What do you like best about GoTo Resolve (formerly GoToAssist)? GoToAssist performs reliably every time I need to connect with a customer's computer. It's fairly easy to get them connected, and there never seems to be any downtime. Plus if I'm traveling and I need information or a document that's only on my home computer, it's easy to connect from anywhere and get what I need.
