What do you like best about Gong? I love how Gong records my calls & gives me analytics on my calls as well as a space for managers to give me feedback. What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes it takes a bit of time to analyze, but not a dealbreaker for me. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? It gives us a way to get better on our calls. It allows managers to train us on how to get better on calls.

"Very user friendly & detailed."

What do you like best about Gong? My experience with using Gong thus far has been tremendous. The various amount of analytics & details open to viewing is very eye-opening. On top of that, not only is the data great, the way its shown & the ease of navigating the platform sets it apart from any competitor. What do you dislike about Gong? I especially love the transcriptions as I can easily read through them to find what I'm looking for. Also, the commenting and scorecard tools make it easy to give and receive feedback. What do you like best about Gong? Gong is very easy to navigate, even for new users! I have mentored co-workers to use gong and they've been able to pick it up in no time thanks to such a friendly user interface! What do you dislike about Gong? It can be difficult to fully transition to Gong from other platforms.
