What do you like best about Gong? provides a transcript of the video and can see who is talking and when! it is helpful when looking back at recorded videos for training. we use it for demos as well so we can look back instead of taking notes during the meeting. What do you like best about Gong? Sometimes it's not in your best interest to take detailed notes during a call (can be rude to client, too much information to catch, looks like you're treating them as a sale, can't concentrate on actual call, etc) and being able to go back to recall a call's detail is SUCH a great feature. I use it daily to review calls and confirm next steps, since everything is recorded I don't have to take notes during calls and I can focus only on the customer. What do you dislike about Gong?
