What do you like best about Gong? The recording with timestamps for meeting events is super helpful for review. Also, the transcript is super helpful allowing you to search by word or reference. They add features that I requested quickly. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? easy access and audio conversations are translated into writing. What do you dislike about Gong? that you need to explore and click somwhere without instructions or icon to click on to check the questionaires on your Q>A What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? to review some important conversation with previous caller and to improve myself on the corrective actions on how to work better and be better.

What do you like best about Gong? Recordings are avaialble after 10-15 mins What do you dislike about Gong? Transcript. Sometimes it doesn't match what was said. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Access to calls that I can review.

What do you like best about Gong? Gong is a useful platform to validate call recordings and the legitimacy of certain calls. What do you dislike about Gong? None that I can think of. So far it's working well in our account. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? To listen to call recordings in case we need to validate calls. It's useful when it comes to checking quality scores.

What do you like best about Gong? I can listen and fix my notes while creating a report. Tag my managers to listen my calls too. What do you dislike about Gong? Translation is good for English but not for Turkish language. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Creating and fixing notes for my AEs to have more insight with the recorded conversation.

What do you like best about Gong? Gong is a tool that is easy to use with multiple functionalities. Gong's minutes of the meeting feature helps track all the action items from various stakeholders who attended the meeting. It also helps with an option to share the call recording to key stakeholders who may not have been able to attend the meeting. "Great for many reasons"
What do you like best about Gong? I love that Gong categorizes the conversation. This allows me to easily navigate to certain parts of the conversation for information I may need instead of clicking around and trying to find the time we talked about, say, next steps. I also really appreciate the new features added where Gong provides a call summary with take away items. What do you dislike about Gong?
