What do you like best about Gong? Seamlessly integrated within our other tools, Salesforce, O365 and Teams. Love the recorder that automatically joins meetings and we can choose to exclude. Available transcript and chat capability to ask specific questions about an item within a meeting. What do you like best about Gong? Transcriptions, you can review a call even without audio. What do you dislike about Gong? might take a while to be able to learn all the features availiable within the app What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Missed information during calls specially if the call takes too long and there is too much information to take note of.

What do you like best about Gong? No note taking, I can focus on the conversation, gong does the work and then review later and get detailed notes. I can also share the conversation with other participants which is extremely helpful. What do you dislike about Gong? Transcript misses some details, but now I am being nit picky. What do you like best about Gong? Gong is a tool that is easy to use with multiple functionalities. Gong's minutes of the meeting feature helps track all the action items from various stakeholders who attended the meeting. It also helps with an option to share the call recording to key stakeholders who may not have been able to attend the meeting.
