What do you like best about Gong? I do not have to take notes on calls with my prospects. Gong records and listens and allows me to go back on all the parts of the call that need attention and require action. What do you dislike about Gong? Still learning how to use it. There aren't many downsides at all. I think it is a big asset so far for my work specifically. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gong? Gong allows me to stay engaged in the conversation without having to worry about missing a part to take notes. Being able to quickly review a call to help with notes and recap emails allows me to give my full attention to a conversation and saves time when I'm sending follow ups as well. "Very intelligent and has very useful insights"

What do you like best about Gong? My favourite part of the app is that I can search for key words and it will bring up all calls that contain that word. This is really useful for objection handling training for our team as I can search for our competitors' names and it will yield a list of all calls that discuss our competitor and its advantages/disadvantages.
