What do you like best about Gong? I love that I can focus on the client in my meetings and go back to thoroughly review the call to create my follow-up. It's an invaluable asset in the world of sales. What do you dislike about Gong? There's nothing I dislike about Gong. It's user friendly and simple to use. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? If I have missed something a customer a specified in a meeting, I can go back to that call to seek the clarification I need.

If the videos can get recorded faster, it'll be a tremendous experience. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales process, demo videos, training and snippets.

What do you like best about Gong? There are many things to like about Gong. In my opinion, the searchable library function is the most helpful. What do you dislike about Gong? It's hard to think of a feature that isn't useful but maybe the Assist function. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? For new hires, it makes it easy to find calls to train with.

What do you like best about Gong? I would recommend GONG because of how seamless the browser and accessibility are enabled on the site. It is set up where I can easily find important calls. As well as, setting up folders make filtering easier for me to review specific categories.
