What do you like best about Gong? Gong is a fantastic tool - I can focus on my conversation and being present with my customers and prospects versus taking notes during calls. "Very helpful for reviewing action items and sentiment of calls"

What do you like best about Gong? As a CSM I am often trying to be as present as possible during client calls. Gong helps me "stay in the moment" because I know everything will be recorded and I can listen later to note any details, action items, or follow-ups I may have missed. It's taken a bot longer than expected to get pipeline forecasting up and running What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gong? Being able to take notes after the meeting so that I can be more present. What do you dislike about Gong? I think I dislike the feeling of being recorded, but am quickly getting over that. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong is making the sales process more robust. Being able to go back and watch my meetings to better prepare for the next meeting is a huge benefit.

What do you like best about Gong? Being able to search for meeting information through a keyword search in the transcript has been a game changer. I come back to a meeting recording knowing I need some details, but it's always been difficult to pin point where in the meeting to go. Downsides is just not widespread usage and no collective organization method of the calls themselves. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to watch sales calls if I miss them or don't have time to join (or it doesn't make sense for my function to join).
