What do you like best about Gong? Very smart and easy to search for topics with conversations. You can search through old conversations and see transcripts of where you discussed certain topics. What do you like best about Gong? I love how the presentation is transcribed as well as visually recorded. It makes finding information easy when I search for a keyword mentioned during the call. What do you dislike about Gong? It would be nice to have all members recorded at one time during the call instead of just the speaker. What do you like best about Gong? Gong has allowed me to listen to my clients rather than focus on note-taking. I am now focusing on my client's needs and having better conversations rather than pausing to ensure I took the right notes. Working with different countries sometimes can cause communication barriers, but Gong helps bridge that gap when you can review a call to get clarification on areas you weren't able to understand during the live call. What do you like best about Gong? Setting up triggers and connecting them to slack channels is a great way to share insights with product teams. What do you like best about Gong? Being able to reflect back on calls with clients has completely changed my experience while transitioning into my new role.
