What do you like best about Gong? Its a useful to review the transcripts to get accurate notes. Also, its very easy to share snippets of calls and also ask for feedback directly from my manager. The search function is extremely effective, you can search within the transcript which is great. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? the ability to review calls and the ability to receive coaching for your interactions. by being able to review calls, I'm able to see how my team handles different interactions. What do you dislike about Gong? Gong can take a long time (upwards of 15 minutes to 45 minutes) to upload a conversation to the server. What do you like best about Gong? The best part about Gong that I've noticed so far is how accurate their transcription is. It saves me so much time to be able to do a quick scroll through the transcript to find what I want instead of trying to skip back and forth 10 seconds at a time. The Zoom call recorder has a transcription service as well, but it isn't nearly as accurate or easy to navigate/search. What do you dislike about Gong? Great quality review app. I like to see the "stats" feature because it shows me essential things about my video conference, like the time I talked, the talk ratio, participant questions, points of interest and more.
