What do you like best about Gong? The call tracking analytics help me improve my work. What do you dislike about Gong? I don't like Gong reminding me to follow up on contacts, that is what my CRM is for. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping me improve my sales process. I find it very helpful to be able to review calls that I made.

What do you like best about Gong? It's very convenient to go back on specific conversations or calls that you would like to review. It's very user-friendly. I like the option to see the transcript of the actual conversation. Note-taking became a walk in the park, making me more efficient. Having a gong is like having an automated note-taker. "Gong has exponentially improved my calls"
What do you like best about Gong? Gong is extremely quick and easy to use. It will automatically show up to your meetings and not only record the call, but take notes on what you are discussing in different sections which makes it very simple to go back through your previous conversations and get a refresher on what was discussed and why ahead of your next call. What do you like best about Gong? I enjoy having the ability to improve myself from listening to them and having others comment. What do you dislike about Gong? I wish it was a little more user friendly and didn't take a whole day to show how many videos I listened for the day. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? It is solving the need to review recordings with customers and it benefits our team to improve.
