"Love how easy it is to review calls."

What do you like best about Gong? Gong makes it super easy to record, store and browse customer calls. When prepping for future calls, it's helpful to listen to a previous recording. The audio tracks help you fast forward to a point where a particular person is talking. The transcript makes it easy to look for keywords when trying to figure out at what point during the call the "xyz" point came up. What do you like best about Gong? Gong lets me focus and get into the flow of the meeting.
