"Good services to listen to my own recordings to see how to improve."

What do you like best about Gong? You can tag people in parts of your recording to receive feedback. What do you dislike about Gong? It takes some time to figure out how everything works and where to find what. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I am not sure what problems Gong is solving right now but it will surely improve the service.

"Great tool for coaching people new to sales, while also helping the veterans improve"

What do you like best about Gong? Grading different aspects of a sales call. I love seeing the green dots telling me that I'm in the recommended ranges for the amount I talk, the amount my clients talk, etc. What do you dislike about Gong? My biggest complaint is when I'm creating a Teams invite and using the "make it a gong meeting" button. It's cumbersome to log into the meeting and doesn't feel intuitive. What do you like best about Gong? The best part is we can hear our own calls and review where we can do better. Also, we can listen to the best calls of our Team Members as well.
