"The best navigator for the rally!!"
What do you like best about Gong? Transcripts, call recordings, follow up reminders, risk analysis, keywords, visibility, ability to share recordings with customers. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing that's a potential turn off. If the phone app can show the call stats it would be amazing. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Transcripts - easy to get an idea of what happened in the last call. Recordings - amazing way to learn and get feedback

Love being able to watch my own "Game tape", being able to coach my team via their meeting recordings, and being able to be more present during meetings versus taking notes. What do you dislike about Gong? Only downside might be clients who know they are being recorded may be less forthcoming with certain details/off the record info. What do you like best about Gong? Gong breaks down what reps/clients are talking about, distributes talk, easy to review, analyse and learn from your mistakes. It's fully automated and no issues so far. What do you dislike about Gong? First time had some issues with the calendar integration, but solved it. What do you like best about Gong? Gong stands out to me fore a few reasons. It is highly intuitive and easy to set up, and our reps get a ton of value from the recordings and transcripts. The biggest value is the ability to share access with anyone in the organization. What do you like best about Gong? The upside of using Gong is that I don't have to lose focus during a call to jot down a note. I know that Gong has captured everything I need What do you dislike about Gong? I haven't discovered any downsides to Gong yet. I'm new to the platform.
