What do you like best about Gong? I love being able to send snippets of my calls to my manager for focused feedback and discussion during our 1:1s. I love being able to review my calls and the fact that I can capture everything the customer says. Gong allows me to improve my demos and empowers me as a seller. What do you like best about Gong? Allows me to focus on the conversation and not taking notes. Also breaks down my talk time and patience levels which is helpful for me to grow as a seller. What do you dislike about Gong? Transcription could be better but honestly it's hard to get that perfect and it's pretty solid anyway What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gong? Easy to navigate and find all the touchpoints related to a specific account. What do you dislike about Gong? No plugin within the Calendar to show if the call will be recorded by Gong or not based on the admin settings. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Retrieve the history of an account which also helps during account transition as well. It helps save on manual work for putting all the details in some excel/word file.

What do you like best about Gong? I really enjoy being able to watch "game film" and seeing the ratio between talking & listening. Another aspect I like is the ability to learn from calls my colleagues have had in the past. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing I can think of to be honest. We think that it is better at zoom because it focuses on the people who are talking specifically
