"Really useful tool for self-development & communication"
What do you like best about Gong? I like how easy it is to use. It saves me having to take notes when I'm on a call as I know I can just watch the call back at a later date & take notes then. It's also a great tool for sharing interesting questions, best practice & providing examples for training. What do you dislike about Gong? Seamless integration with Zoom and Salesforce, user-friendly interface, wide range of conversational features (Points of Interest,speaking/hearing time proportion, trackers...) What do you like best about Gong? Easy to listen to registered calls; very easy dashboard. What do you dislike about Gong? Sometime it's hard to find the piece of conversation you need to listen to. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I can review and listen as may times as I need every call, and this is very usefull.

"To stay uptodate on your sales pursuits get Gong."
What do you like best about Gong? Provides a consolidated view of each pursuit in a graphical timeline view showing all comms with the customer. What do you dislike about Gong? Can do better in segregating pursuits for a customer into different views. coaching module can be gamified. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Saves time in understanding a pursuit's progress and provides insights as well

"Easy to use! Great for learning!"
What do you like best about Gong? After each call I get a recording within a few minutes. It's easy for me to listen back to the call and take notes. What do you dislike about Gong? Overall Gong is 10/10! Sometimes the translations don't pick up correctly, but they are getting better. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? As a sales rep I like to be present during my calls. Gong makes it easy to go back and listen to each call and take notes after.

What do you like best about Gong? Gong is a great tool for sales teams as you are able to be more involved and listen actively in your conversation without worrying about taking notes on every small detail because you know it will be recorded for you.
