What do you like best about Gong? Gong is best for remembering the conversation you have forgotten. Using Gong can help you find the weaknesses in your word choice or approach. I have used one other utility like Gong. I can say Gong's layout for transcription and speech is more intuitive. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? The timeline of calls! It's great simple intuitive navigation method. What do you like best about Gong? Great source for onboarding, ongoing learning and development. What do you dislike about Gong? I wish that Gong had a better process for searching for past calls / easier search function. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Improves my calls, helps me learn from the top reps, good for career growth.

What do you like best about Gong? It's great to "shadow" Gong calls as a new employee; it provides an asynchronous way to get customer interaction without having to book meetings. It's also great to follow up on calls where I missed notes and would like a recap. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing significant. The UI is easy to navigate. "Must have tool in tech stack"
What do you like best about Gong? Gone are the days of missing out on coaching because of schedule overlaps. Gong gives me the complete flexibility to coach reps when I have time (which can sometimes not be until 10 minutes between meetings, 7pm at night after the work day, etc). With Gong, my reps get the coaching they need to ramp and excel, and I don't have to worry about missing internal meetings or being on their calls live time as everything records. What do you like best about Gong? I love that they transcribe the call for you, it makes it very easy to go back in the call and search for the key points. It is a very easy platform to use and adapt to. What do you dislike about Gong? i really have not experienced many downsides when using this software. What do you like best about Gong? One of the biggest things right out of the gate as a CSM is the ability to view meetings across teams which helps fulfill the ethos of "all things pass through the CSM/AM" What do you dislike about Gong? "It makes listening to calls a breeze."
What do you like best about Gong? The ability to see transcription while listening to the call. What do you dislike about Gong? The transcription at times does not capture the correct words.
