"Can't believe I used to sell without it"
What do you like best about Gong? I really enjoy the accuracy of search in Gong. It's easy to do a text search to find key topics from a call and highlight important snippets. The coaching aspect is also very valuable - I can review manager comments on specific points in a call, and see how my stats roll up overall. It's helped me learn to listen more effectively. What do you like best about Gong? I like how Gong automatically removes the hold time on every call for reviewing. What do you dislike about Gong? Maybe Gong can still improve the search options and remove unnecessary sections for searches. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong provides as an option to review our calls for training and quality purposes.

What do you like best about Gong? I like how easy it is to find calls based on keywords, and the transcription/search function for keywords within a specific call. Rather than having to listen to hours of material, you can very easily find the specific section you need. What do you dislike about Gong? "Awesome Application For Training Tool"
What do you like best about Gong? Gong is a great training tool for others to go back and listen how their colleagues handle scenarios as well as the ability to go back and listen to previous details you've gone over the a previous client in case you need to reach back out regarding a similar topic. What do you like best about Gong? I like that Gong has options to play calls in different speeds, share calls, and add notes What do you dislike about Gong? I don't like the Gong takes a while to upload some calls. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong is solving the issue of allowing each rep to become coachable with actual call examples to go off of for reference.

Gong allows me to remain completely present on calls knowing that it's recording AND taking notes for me to go back to, vs me scribbling illegible notes and still trying to answer while people talk. What do you like best about Gong? This software is easy to record and translate your calls with customers. It is super easy to then send a time locked link to your customer to let them review the call. What do you dislike about Gong? I honestly don't dislike anything about Gong.
