What do you like best about Gong? Helps our sales team stay incredibly efficient. Love that you can upload scorecards and use those to train the team. Also the "search in call transcripts" feature is a great way to prep for your own demos. You can search keywords in other people's demos (i.e., names of competitors) to see what was said on other demos so you can bring it to your own! What do you dislike about Gong? "A must-have"
What do you like best about Gong? Gong has made my onboarding so easy and impactful. Being able to be caught up to speed on the happenings of all the accounts I was inheriting is immensely beneficial to both me and my customers. Additionally being able to get both AI, peer, manager, and self-feedback is fantastic. Updating this a bit later, I would not work for a sales-organization without Gong. "Simple and Powerful Tool!"
What do you like best about Gong? how you can see the video of the demo and/or you can switch it to transcribe where you see the words as they recording is happening. this makes it easy if you don't have headphones but need to know what was gone over to gather info/pain points from prospects and clients! What do you like best about Gong? Instead of listening to many live calls, having gong has very well supplemented my onboarding for a new company by listening to many calls. The search capabilities make it easy for me to find specific calls I can learn from, and the learning is continuous due to the calls it records across the company. What do you like best about Gong? It's a great tool. Its perfect for reviewing calls, driving actions and now with the Gong Deals section, analysing touch points and next steps for my pipeline. What do you like best about Gong? Gong is really useful for capturing "to-dos" and next steps related to the deal/opportunity. What do you dislike about Gong? It's a good training tool, but it can be uncomfortable to realize all of the missed opportunities to areas for improvement. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I never miss a "to-do" or action item from a call!
