"Great software for call recording reviews"
What do you like best about Gong? How seamless it is to use it and all the features that come with it. What do you dislike about Gong? There is a section which I'm not very fond of that highlights everything (status wise) for a client. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Overall session recordings and that I can review my and my colleagues calls.

What do you like best about Gong? How easy it is to record all your calls. It is super easy to review them, and their AI features are super helpful! What do you dislike about Gong? I'd like some more robust notifications and customizability around what I receive and when. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Recording our calls; tracking action items and next steps after calls; tracking time on calls with customers.

What do you like best about Gong? My experience with Gong has been great! It gives me real time information on how my calls are being rated in real time. This allows me to better prepare if there is any opportunities to do better. What do you dislike about Gong? Overall I do not have any dislikes because it really helps me know how well I am assisting my families. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gong? Fantastic product, very easy to use and the support from customer success is simply awesome! (Shout out to Tim Schmidt!) I've used other products in past and Gong stands above all of them!..... I use deal boards all day everyday. Much easier to use than navigating reports/opps in SF! ..... What do you like best about Gong? Gong lets me quickly and simply get a grasp on pipeline hygiene, highlight weak deals, and allows for on the go coaching. I love the Deal view most in gong! What do you dislike about Gong? Not much! "Great resource for customer calls"
What do you like best about Gong? The AI that tracks conversation between all parties, the summary it provides in the end and suggested next steps. What do you dislike about Gong? No API with Clockwise scheduling tool (may be on Clockwise side) What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Note taking, I am horrible about taking detailed notes as I often get carried away in the conversation

What do you like best about Gong? The transcripts that allow me to take minimal notes during my calls. The ability to send video snippets out. What do you dislike about Gong? The voice transcription is not always the most accurate but that doesn't affect my learning or calls. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Training my colleagues

"Wonderful tool"
What do you like best about Gong? That me and my team get to review our calls. I also don´t have to focus on writing everything down, I just listen to my customer. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing, really. It is a wonderful I hope to keep using always. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing me to invest time in what truly matters: converting SQLs, renewing clients, and focusing on conversations.
