What do you like best about Gong? For me, Gong is up there with one of the most important tools in the sales tech stack. A major challenge I always had (prior to Gong) was taking notes on a call whilst trying to listen for snippets to help me dive deeper during my discovery. With Gong, I can be fully present on all my calls with the knowledge I can listen back to the recording straight after (1.5x speed) to take down all my important notes for follow-up / next steps. What do you like best about Gong? The possibility to quickly find a specific topic in a long call, they summary and that it sends you an email with the deliverables agreed on the call. What do you dislike about Gong? I can't see the transcript and watch the video at the same time. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Finding feature requests on the call, evaluating prospects' interests, and reminding me of future deliverables.

What do you like best about Gong? I am able to hear my conversation with my previous calls and able to analyze what went right and wrong. What do you dislike about Gong? As of right now, I am not able to see any downsides of Gong. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong helps me solve my problems by listening to my previous calls.

It helps me stay on top of call follow up, analyze how I can improve my conversations with partners, and helps me keep track of all previous outreach between my team and a customer. What do you like best about Gong? I love that Gong syncs seamlessly with Zoom, no additional record buttons to click or worry about where recordings go and how to manage them. Additionally, the Gong interface is easy to use, specifically the call page, where you can listen to the call or see a transcript and jump to a certain point in the call.
