What do you like best about Gong? The accessibility, checking the recordings in real-time and conducting coaching through the visibility of QA and supervisors feedback. I was able to self-monitor and be guided for that. What do you dislike about Gong? None at this time. It works well for me. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to check and monitor your calls in real time.

"Gong Product Review for Customer Success"

What do you like best about Gong? I love that it automatically adds itself to my meetings with my clients and makes it super easy for me to review calls and send recordings and even crop the recordings if I need to do so. What do you dislike about Gong? I don't have anything negative to say about Gong. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong helps me figure out what I can do better in my calls and improve my overall experience for my clients.

"Gong is a Commodity for any Company"

What do you like best about Gong? I'm unsure how I would do business without call recording and transcription from Gong. The ability to go back and review my prospect and customer conversations is instrumental to timely and accurate follow-up. "Audio and Functionalities, Awesome!"

What do you like best about Gong? Precise audio and real-time feedback. The process is smooth unlike old fashioned apps that is not user friendly and is hard to navigate. What do you dislike about Gong? None so far, just a few more improvements and its almost a perfect tool What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't think I use it to its fullest potential, but I use it daily to review action items. "Easy to use"

What do you like best about Gong? So easy to use. Easy to facilitate to new learners. I appreciate the ability to create lists to store specific calls for upcoming training. Compared to Impact 360, this tool requires fewer clicks and does not error. What do you dislike about Gong? "Gong makes me more effective and efficient"

What do you like best about Gong? I love that Gong shows the breakdown of who is speaking on calls. It's critical to analyze who is doing most of the talking. I like that I can review important topics from calls and verify what was said vs what I thought I heard. What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes we'll have internal talk/banter at the beginning I wish we could edit out. When we know "notetaker" is on it makes us less likely to casually chit chat, and I don't love that.
