What do you like best about Gong? Sharing conversations with other colleagues. Taking notes automatically for us. What do you dislike about Gong? I don't have anything to complain about. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong allows us to share meetings efficiently with other team members and save time. Also allows only one team member to be at the meeting as Gong will take notes automatically.

"Will not work for a company unless they have Gong"

What do you like best about Gong? I'm able to show up prepared to every meeting with all of the items that are most relevant to my prospects top of mind after reviewing calls. What do you like best about Gong? I like that our team can snippet calls and share with the team for continued training. What do you dislike about Gong? I use Gong for call reviews and sharing snippets, so it really is great for that. I do have trouble knowing if a Zoom call is going to be in Gong or not, as not all Zoom calls should go into Gong. What do you like best about Gong? For training new employees it would be useful What do you dislike about Gong? Gong is like Big Brother, if you trust your employees you don't need it. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Training remote employees is challenging. The benefit of training in a more simplified manner. Not more productive.

"Great tech that helps streamline my day"

What do you like best about Gong? With access to Gong, I have access to a full history of conversations and transcripts from ever customer interaction. What do you dislike about Gong? The transcript is nice but needs improvement. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Increased Productivity. I have the ability to search a call and find specific sections based on key words rather than listening to the entire call.
