"Note taking made easy...."

What do you like best about Gong? I love that Gong literally captures my whole conversation with a customer and then I can go back, grab any notes I might have missed, take snippets of conversations and send them across my org from different departments. Never thought I'd like a call recording system but it truly makes my life easier at work. "Great Tool!"

What do you like best about Gong? Ability to see activity on deals and to create deal dashboards! What do you dislike about Gong? From an Admin perspective some things are not super usable. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving the problem of not being able to see full activity and any themes throughout level of activity and opps.

What do you dislike about Gong? Not many I can think of! One thing that could improve Gong even more would be the ability to slow down call recordings. In the same way we can speed up and listen at 1.25X or 1.50X speed, etc., it would be equally beneficial in some instances to slow the call down to 0.80x ...
