"An incredibly helpful tool that works almost seamlessly!"

What do you like best about Gong? It's incredibly easy to use due to the plugin with our systems, and so you barely even notice that it is working in the background. It allows conversations and calls to flow so much more, as you know that everything is being recorded. The transcripts are processed pretty quickly, and the email link you receive post-call is amazing - you are given a list of follow up tasks, and even given tips on how to improve. "Great tool for organization and feedback"

What do you like best about Gong? I love that I can focus on the conversation and not note-taking while on a call with customers. As well as, I can easily revisit my calls for feedback, not only from peers but from gong to better improve my own strategic skills. I also love the action items that come with gong to keep me on track. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing! "Very Smart!"

What do you like best about Gong? I can reflect on what i could have/ should have said or see what i said that really sold a CX What do you dislike about Gong? sometimes it doesnt pick up key words- giving you a lower score sometimes What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? It is really listening to my tonality, and that helps me to go forward with other customers in the future. Sometimes when we dont like what we hear- we can listen to what we want to change.

What do you like best about Gong? We're a growing startup, and Gong is a big part of our ongoing training and new hire onboarding. Gong is at the center of our Sales tech stack and worth the investment. We're very pleased. What do you dislike about Gong? I don't have any complaints. "Note taking made easy...."

What do you like best about Gong? I love that Gong literally captures my whole conversation with a customer and then I can go back, grab any notes I might have missed, take snippets of conversations and send them across my org from different departments. Never thought I'd like a call recording system but it truly makes my life easier at work. And now that I'm in an enablement role, it makes my life truly easier as I can capture conversations where customers are struggling and I don't have ...

What do you like best about Gong? The ability to go back and learn from the VOD. Clearly pick up what I missed but slow things down and see where and how I could have lead a prospect in the conversation in a better route. Also can see what other peers are doing and how they navigate the calls as well. What do you dislike about Gong? More of a nitpicky thing for me.
