"The analytics around calls are a great way to base feedback off of real statistics"
What do you like best about Gong? The statistics around calls and demo's allowing for feedback to be grounded in real life stats and provide a foundation for team and employee improvemant What do you dislike about Gong? It's separation from other platforms. Meaning theres no way for on the go statistics and analysis What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong helps with providing statisics on our team members and create foundations for improvement

What do you like best about Gong? What I like about the product is it is very user friendly. Easy to navigate and a lot of useful features. What do you dislike about Gong? Some of the recordings are garbled. Maybe we should improve the quality of the recordings. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Coaching and call recordings/file management.

What do you like best about Gong? - The ability to speed up watching callbacks - transcripts - seeing who is talking when - grouping of certain clients timeline What do you dislike about Gong? - UI somewhat hard to find what I need on first search What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Playing back customer calls, to take better notes!

What do you like best about Gong? The design is bright and modern with a user-friendly interface. What do you dislike about Gong? More accessibility features would be helpful. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Agent call recording, grading, training and calibration.

"Seriously the best thing since note-taking!"
What do you like best about Gong? The ability to search keywords in a transcribed call is amazing! What do you dislike about Gong? There are no downsides! (Unless you don't like that everyone and anyone can watch your meetings.) What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't immediately have to take notes on every call. I have the ability to go back and listen to a call or hear what follow-ups the client needs.
