What do you like best about Gong? It's the way take notes and review performance in 2023! What do you dislike about Gong? nothing, it's really fantastic! I love it! What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Because it puts sales conversations at our fingertips, I can get very deep with prospects. I also get excellent coaching from our L&D team and our Sales leaders. It's just an irreplaceable tool, very grateful we have it at my company!

"A great tool to get better as a team"
What do you like best about Gong? I love the analytics on a call, helping me pull insights from calls and also allowing me to measure my patience and how long my customer is talking to allow me get better for my next call What do you dislike about Gong? I find the search function can be a bit difficult some times, the names pulled from integration with salesforce can be skewed and doesn't always match my opportunity or lead name. "Easy to Use and Great for Coaching!"
What do you like best about Gong? User friendly, easy to provide specific coaching on calls, integration with Gainsight is cool, and overall just a well thought out product that is allowing me and my team to get higher quality feedback and coaching. What do you dislike about Gong? Like most call recording tools, it has a heavy emphasis on Sales based metrics/scorecards/etc. As a Customer Success leader, I'd love to see more CS based metrics/use cases. "Great tool for gathering customer interaction insights"
What do you like best about Gong? I like the transcript feature where we can find exact conversations required. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing that comes to mind so I am not sure. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Capturing customer interactions and revisiting the calls for gathering more detailed insights.

"Excellent way to make sure you follow through on all customer deliverables and have transparency."
What do you like best about Gong? The way we can search for accounts, key phrases, or people on the call. It's been a lifesaver as I take on a new role in the organization. I really like that I can review past calls without needed to ask for access to other's calls. What do you dislike about Gong? I think it can be a little disheartening to lose data so if we can't access it there are no backups. I would like to be able to download the calls and transcripts as needed. What problems is Gong ...

"It had beed easy and fast"
What do you like best about Gong? I like that my manager and I are able to always come back and listen to a call and make sure I am doing my best. What do you dislike about Gong? So far I am not able to think of one thing. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? If I cam saying something that is not working I am able to catch it when I listen back to my convos.
