What do you like best about Gong? I love how I can gain visibility into which team members are talking to my accounts so I can get up to speed quickly. I also find the analytics that Gong provides on my deals to be really helpful. For example, through Gong I know that when I have 3 more more direct touch points I am more likely to close the deal. What do you like best about Gong? As a PM here is what i like the most: - Search filters for words and definitions. What do you like best about Gong? - That it records your meetings automatically - That is transcibes your meetings - That is categorizes conversations and allows you to track keywords - That it provides a breakdown of your conversation, via highlights, next steps and a summary using AI - That is has its own AI chat version within the application to ask questions about your meeting. i.e " Did xxx talk about yyy?" "Super easy to use, and great to help improve your skills."
What do you like best about Gong? I like how the user interface is very simple and easy. It gives you options to make customizatoin easy and fills the needs of your roles. What do you dislike about Gong? I wish there were more ways to customize the options of rating your calls and other stuff in that area. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping us review our calls. We are getting better calls as we review them.

There's not a really a part of Gong i don't like What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong is solving training issues, easier to come at a new company and watch gong videos of others. It's like being able to attend meetigs anytime of your day.

The data we can populate per agent or market is fantastic, and the creation of libraries in 1 place is impressive. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? The call summaries, key points, and next steps/follow ups have truly changed the game when it comes to client calls. Even the beta features have been outstanding! What do you like best about Gong? I love the easy to navigate call Library and the metrics included in each call. The AI generated call summary is also helpful. Compared to a few other Logos that offer similar products, I've found myself preferring Gong each time I've used a competitor's product. The integrations to other systems is also a big plus!
