What do you like best about Gong? It is been more than 4 months , and the interface is good and the bar to let us know the dead air between us and clients. We can jump to the specific topic with single keyword. What do you dislike about Gong? I would request team to work on Subtitles, it is giving incorrect translation. What do you like best about Gong? Transciprtions are very beneficial for reviewing calls after they take place. I like how it also integrates with our SF CRM instance which gives us a bi-directional view and sync of our sales opportunities. You may update things in Gong or in SF and the updates are pretty instant. I like how you can create snippets of certain calls - focusing on the most important part of the topic discussed versus having to listen to the entire call beginning to end. What ...
