I can filter by key word, find conversations about a specific feature and get real feedback from customers to understand how to focus my marketing materials based on their words. Tagging other manages or any higher authortative person if I feel that some call is really good enough with respect to different aspects and helping others to improve on the same. What do you like best about Gong? Gong gives the review of our connect very soon which makes us to review our call very easily and take back the learning from our last call. What do you dislike about Gong? Gong somtimes take so much time to review the call, if it can be quicker it will be more useful What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong helps us to review on what we have spoken wrong and transcripts it to change our way of pitching in the sales call.
