The search, the transcript, and the AI-based language tools (being able to categorize certain things as follow-up, questions, etc.) allows me to never take call notes again. "Active listening can really be accomplished with Gong"

What do you like best about Gong? I can fully be present during customer calls due to the fact I'm not scrambling to take notes during the conversation. What do you dislike about Gong? The robotic intro to announce note taker What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Assitance with prompts that enable me to strategize more effectively to close opportunities.

"Absolutely changed my working life"

What do you like best about Gong? I love the deals tab; like a combined to-do list, forecast and CRM. As an account manager its now the only tab I ALWAYS have open I'm also increasingly leaning on recommended next steps and call summaries from Gong to streamline my followups What do you dislike about Gong? "Love the summary and transcripts"

What do you like best about Gong? I like the summary it provides you at the end of every single call. Easy to find specific parts of the conversation using keywords on the search option. What do you dislike about Gong? The analysis of the conversation and the transcript should be quicker to get. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't have to be worried about taking notes during a meeting. The recording helps to go back to it when is needed.

"Great tool for calls"

What do you like best about Gong? Gong separates the piecs of the call very well (intro, demo, questions, etc..) so if you need to find a specific part of the call it is very easy. Furthermore it is really helpful with its transcription as it is quite accurrate and a much faster way to find the information you want from a call. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? I love how our clients have the opportunity to review old calls at anytime for refreshers on how to use our platform. What do you dislike about Gong? Absoutely nothing! It's amazing and all companies should have it What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you?
