"Helpful sales call analysis and very user friendly"
What do you like best about Gong? I like the speaker breakout percentages and how you are easily able to see who is talking and what point. This makes it very easy to jump to a specific person when going back and reviewing calls. The transcription also makes it very easy to review calls to see what was reviewed. What do you like best about Gong? The feature that I can watch record choosing one speaker only What do you dislike about Gong? I can't remove Gong from one of the internal calls but I even don't attend this event What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I always have access to all information

What do you like best about Gong? I love being able to navigate the system without training. It is a user-friendly tool, I can always find what I am looking for. What do you dislike about Gong? I wish I could filter by teams rather than individuals. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Improving on my cold calling skills, a great tool for coaching!

What do you like best about Gong? Call recording and transcription. As a sales person, I can focus on my clients during the call and use the search function to look up specific details later on. Gong helps me not have to take furious notes. What do you dislike about Gong? Adding a gong recorder to a live call usually takes ~5 minutes. So if you forget to schedule the call ahead of time, the recording usually starts late. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't ...

"Love the capture of all customer calls and interactions in one place."
What do you like best about Gong? I like having access to all customer interactions in one place and being able to provide guidance to the team when they have reached a difficult point in the conversation or customer management. What do you dislike about Gong? There was a recent change in the system where it no longer records third party calls - so we have to go through some manual steps to copy those appointments and add the attendant - which is cumbersome.
