"Sales Coaching Tool"

What do you like best about Gong? Best tool Ive seen for inside sales to coach your sales team on their sales calls with customers. What do you dislike about Gong? I have not seen anything that I dislike about this tool. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I have not used it with my team as I am sales training company but I have recommended this tool to sales teams as something they should be using during our training and on-going.

What do you like best about Gong? I like how quickly I can filter out specific words and touchpoints from my recorded demo when going back and researching a past meeting. What do you dislike about Gong? I wish I could create my own dashboards a little cleaner. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting to see what my peers do differently and taking some great ideas from their meetings to strengthen my skills

What do you like best about Gong? I appreciate the simple interface and ability to get a call breakdown of talk percentages and visuals on what is being presented What do you dislike about Gong? Need to see attendees while looking at attendees. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong has given me the ability to have better notes and not miss key talking points that may have been overlooked in the conversation.

What do you like best about Gong? That it records calls and tags words that are commonly used. This way you can quickly go to those words and phrases to see what works and does not work. What do you dislike about Gong? There is really nothing that I do not like about the product. Always upgrading and listening to customers to help make product better. What do you like best about Gong? The ability to review transcribed highlights from calls. What do you dislike about Gong? Easier integration with other notes tools. I don't particularly want to log into Gong to review notes. Recommendations to others considering Gong: Learn to use all that it has to offer. It does much more than simple call recording. What do you like best about Gong? Great ability to listen in on old calls for note taking/review, also great tool for coaching of sales team. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing particularly stands out, transcription of speech can be slightly off. But otherwise great. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Sales team coaching primarily. Also gives insight into calls for management and easy for sales people to review past calls.
