"great for coaching"
What do you like best about Gong? Ability to search through call/meeting recordings using keywords What do you dislike about Gong? No real downsides but the call log sorting feature could be easier to use. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong has allowed us to provide our reps with realtime coaching as well as onboarding reps much more quickly with the ability to easily show successful calls.

"I love GONG!"
What do you like best about Gong? Gong is the ideal way to manage my sales pipeline. It makes sure all relevant information is at my fingertips and provides an insane amount of helpful analytics. What do you dislike about Gong? I can't think of a downside. I love the solution. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong keeps track of all of my calls and makes it so I never miss an important comment by my clients.

"Fast, efficient and accurate"
What do you like best about Gong? I enjoy the annotation features, reminders and organization that the software provides. Great to see an accurate and searchable voice to text system that is easy to pickup and use without a large amount of formal training. Would be ideal to get some monthly deal in review features such as the beta that is currently being tested. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? Gong is a great tool to help keep the most important thing upfront and on task within a deal cycle. What do you dislike about Gong? I wish you could actually assign some type of checkbox system within gong to help progress each deal individually. To be fair it does have a risk management system that works automatically which I love. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gong? The newest feature "Call Spotlight" is truly incredible. It's Highlights and Outline are nearly spot on every time, and the Ask Anything feature allows you to search for key words without having to scroll through the entire transcript. What do you dislike about Gong? It would be nice to be able to specify company size or industry to filter the Insights. The recommendations aren't always relevant depending on the product you're selling, and having the ...
