I love how Gong records and creates a transcript of all my customer calls, allowing me to come back for reference, tag team members, and grab customer quotes for my business reviews, sales outreach, and internal and external user stories/case studies. If we didn't catch something during a call, we can easily go back and examine our call for note-taking purposes. The navigation in gong is user-friendly, and it's easy to find a specific spot in the call with the navigation menu.
