What do you like best about Gong? I train every customer who comes through us on a zoom call. Having the ability to reference what I promised or said is a godsend. I love the fact that Gong emails you after calls to remind you of asks and promises addressed during the call. I also think that generally, it is a wonderful tool for bridging the gap between the Sales team and the Customer Success team. What do you like best about Gong? Gong is super helpful not only when listening to calls but identifying areas in the sales process that could use some improvement. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing so far the software seems to be everything I need. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong helps solve issues in an active ongoing pipeline and allows collaborative effort in identifying key pieces of information to move a deal through to completion.

What do you like best about Gong? The interface is so intuitive we barely have to train our new reps on how to use it, but my absolute favorite aspect is the tracking functionality. Not only are you able to access any calls you want, but you get a complete transcript and breakdown of the tool. Your ability to improve at your calls is in your own hands. What do you like best about Gong? I like the talk rate percentage the best. It is known as best practice not to have a talk rate above 75%, so it helps you reflect on how much talking you are doing versus listening. What do you dislike about Gong?
