What do you like best about Gong? The interface is easy to use and very clean. What do you dislike about Gong? The AI could be a bit smarter in filtering similar client quotes together. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gong? it seems it worked well in low bandwidth. there is a transcript available to search the specific words What do you dislike about Gong? The transcripts occassionally get words wrong. Example: on a recent call, someone was discussing a "serial" connection, but the transcript read a "payroll" connection.
