"Gong is good, not great. Yet."

What do you like best about Gong? I like that Gong allows sales managers to listen to calls from our reps. Great concept that saves time (ie managers are now doing call quality, not need for call quality specialists) What do you dislike about Gong? No way to collaborate / share a library of top calls, AI is not great (yet) - the product still feels like its at its infancy and needs to be developed further What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gong? I love to listen to other calls that are similar to meetings I'm about to go into. Especially for reference, gain more confidence. This is easy to use when you've had a call & need to review specific topics or to send to the client if they need anything to reference as well! What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? I love how Gong makes it easy to refer back to calls! It's summary features are top tier. You can also search calls by keyworks that may have been used during the call. What I also love is that it has a text manuscript for each call as well. You can engage with other teammates by leaving notes at specific intervals during the call which will then take them exactly to that reference point. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? The ability to search on specific terms said within a sales call is an excellent feature. What do you dislike about Gong? The patience tolerance of 0.7 seems high. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to capture sales conversations and helping with sales training.

"I love Gong!"

What do you like best about Gong? Gong is the best tool I've used while onboarding at a new job, I can listen to calls my colleagues made in the past and bring myself up to speed on accounts I'll be working on. What do you dislike about Gong? The organization can be difficult, when I search for an account no calls show up. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps with training and bringing new reps up to speed.
