What do you like best about Gong? Seamlessly records all external calls. Easy to share recordings with customers/prospects. "Easy to implement and provides powerful insights."
What do you like best about Gong? The Gong platform is intuitive to navigate which meant that we were able to benefit from it without a substantial amount of training. When you do have questions the Gong team is prompt to respond and they provide webinars and other product marketing pieces that build even more value. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? As an SDR, gong is great for annotating and verifying details of a call. It's also great to share with a colleague who will be joining the next call. Instead of reading my notes, they can listen for context. It is also great for reviewing your colleagues call when you pass a deal to them and you want insight into how the conversation progressed. What do you like best about Gong? I love the insights on how I can improve in certain categories in my meetings and the comparisons against the teammates. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing! Gong should be used by every organization! What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Solves recording training calls and able to share easily with clients and cross functional teams as needed. Helps with Sales analytics & talktracks to become better at the missing pieces
