"Can't get enough of that GONG!"

What do you like best about Gong? As a consultant who performs call reviews on behalf of sales teams, it is unbelievable how much Gong makes my life easier to conduct these reviews, and then also coach the reps afterwards. Previous to Gong, I would type up my call notes in a google doc and as part of that try to eyeball-measure how much of the call they spent talking vs listening, or spending on the screenshare versus talking pricing, etc. Gong lines all this up before I even go into ...

What do you like best about Gong? Ability to go back & listen to past calls to see where I can improve or collect information I missed. Also allows me to listen to top rep calls to see what they are doing What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes the texts aren't translated properly What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I realized I needed to let the DM finish what they are saying before trying to answer.

What do you like best about Gong? Ratings, so that I can see what aspects of calls with clients I need to improve on. What do you dislike about Gong? Takes some time for calls to be fully recorded and on the Gong website. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Ensuring I can look back at calls and share with colleagues. I do like that you can also share snippets to individuals as well.

What do you like best about Gong? The ability to review all the calls your Sales team members make without having to shadow them so you can do this in your own time. What do you dislike about Gong? The prompts for "stalled" deals needs more work as not always completely accurate What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Ensuring the Sales executives follow the Sales cadence and progress the deals in a timely manner. Deals are moving more quickly to "won"!!

What do you like best about Gong? That I don't have to worry so much about catching everything in a call by taking notes, but I can review the call. Especially when taking over another team member's accounts. What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes the text transcript is way off, but understand that it's still a good feature.
