What do you like best about Gong? Gong provides insight into the Voice of the Customer. What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes the transcripts can be inaccurate. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? We are improving our Sales Enablement and customer feedback on our products and services.

What do you like best about Gong? I like the analytics of calls and where improvements can be made. What do you dislike about Gong? I have yet to find anything that I dislike! What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I am finding where lulls in conversation/sales pitches happen the most. I have become more self-aware of my own talk time spent on a call.

What do you like best about Gong? I love how quickly I can listen to my interviews once they are completed. I also like that they are all stored in one place which makes it very easy to access and review. What do you dislike about Gong? I don't really have any dislikes with Gong. What do you like best about Gong? How you can review all your calls and gong emphasizes keywords. It is very user friendly and better than any other programs I have used. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing, i mean everything can be improved but for the use I am looking for it checks all my boxes. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to quickly track and find key parts of conversations I have had with customers to streamline all my reviews.

What do you like best about Gong? It pulls out key parts of the information and give you access to a full transcript which makes it easily searchable. Also allows you to tag others with questions you may have and they can view that part of the demo to give you an answer. What do you dislike about Gong? There is not much I do not like. "Fast, concise feedback!"

What do you like best about Gong? I love how quickly phone calls are processed. It is very user-friendly and contains some great shortcuts. We use this program in combination with Five9 which makes it a fluid process. What do you dislike about Gong? I'd like to be notified when phone calls are processed, but other than that, I love this program. Especially being able to see the percentage of talk time. When looking through Gong, I cannot distinguish calls that were voicemails and calls that were actual conversations What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Sometimes it takes time to find a type of call, but having the recording quickly after the conversation has been super helpful for self-improvement

It takes all my meetings with clients, records, transcribes and lets us jump into any part of the call based on keywords or topics, eg. setting the next steps. Brilliant.
