What do you like best about Gong? Gong provides insight into the Voice of the Customer. What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes the transcripts can be inaccurate. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? We are improving our Sales Enablement and customer feedback on our products and services.

I love the call topic breakdown and the transcribe feature What do you dislike about Gong? i can't (easily) find calls where i conference in colleague before calling client What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? seeing how much time i spend on each call topic, helping me reduce time spent on unneccesary topics to reduce my total call times

What do you like best about Gong? I like the analytics of calls and where improvements can be made. What do you dislike about Gong? I have yet to find anything that I dislike! What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I am finding where lulls in conversation/sales pitches happen the most. I have become more self-aware of my own talk time spent on a call.

What do you like best about Gong? How you can review all your calls and gong emphasizes keywords. It is very user friendly and better than any other programs I have used. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing, i mean everything can be improved but for the use I am looking for it checks all my boxes. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to quickly track and find key parts of conversations I have had with customers to streamline all my reviews.

What do you like best about Gong? I love the library of my calls that I can review at high speed before my follow-ups. Gong allows me to relive my calls so I never miss a beat. What do you dislike about Gong? It is sometimes slow to transcribe calls. Zoom calls are transcribed faster but they're not as accurate. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you?
